Blizzard Corrects Hunter Sniper Shot: It Hits Harder Than Aimed Shot
Blizzard fixed the Hunter Sniper Shot line so the new 31-point talent deals more damage than Aimed Shot, not itself.
Blizzard fixed a line in the article after a player caught a bad description of Sniper Shot. The writeup said the new shot deals even more damage than Sniper Shot. It was supposed to say Aimed Shot.

Sniper Shot is the new talent in the 31-point gold medal slot, and it needs Trueshot Aura first. It grants a Shot with a 4 second cast time and a 15 second cooldown that deals even more damage than Aimed Shot. Sniper Shot has a base range of 45 yards and increases the range of your next 3 Shots by 10 yards.
