WoW Forever beta known issues, new for October 1

Blizzard listed new WoW Forever beta issues, from chained spell effects and threat bugs to kids who still have hats.

Chaining spells together doesn't play the precast effects and sounds of the next cast until the first one finishes. Cast Fireball and start another right away, and your hands won't glow or make the crackling sound of the new Fireball until your hand comes down from the first cast. Only then does the precast animation of the next Fireball begin.

Enemies can parry and block from behind if you're close to them. Until this is fixed, it can be avoided by not being too close to targets.

The WoW: Forever install is bigger than intended, and it's being worked on for a future beta update. Switching to or from Gamepad UI mode resets your active Edit Mode layout back to the default preset. Scroll of Liminal Passage doesn't work right.

Dwarves are missing the updated water splash sounds, and Eureka doesn't affect every damage or heal spell for some classes. Both are fixed in a later build.

The Taillasher Eggs for "Break A Few Eggs" do not respawn as quickly as intended. Multiple debuffs like Faerie Fire and Demoralizing Shout don't cause threat. Mages who learn Research can get locked out of using it. Warriors' Dual Wield Specialization is giving both your main hand and off-hand 2/4/6/8/10% hit, when it should only be the off-hand. Retribution Aura is using the target's spell power instead of the Paladin's.

"Anduin Wrynn - and many other children, unintentionally have hats. We're in the process of removing them, but they keep giggling and running away, so this is going to take a while."
