Invite-a-Friend Players on WoW Forever Are No Longer Locked Out
A live hotfix fixes Invite-a-Friend players on WoW Forever who could not chat, level past 10, join guilds, party, or trade.
Blizzard has a hotfix live on WoW Forever for anyone who joined with an Invite-a-Friend Code. Those players couldn't use certain chat channels, level past 10, join guilds, form parties, or trade, and Blizzard says that's fixed.
From Blizzard: players who joined with an Invite-a-Friend Code "were unexpectedly restricted from using certain chat channels, leveling past 10, participating in guilds, forming parties, or trading items with other players."
If that was you, log out and back into WoW Forever.
