Oceanic Players on Australian Servers Can Lose Roleplay Rulesets to a Bug

A bug can make Roleplay and Roleplay-PvP unavailable for Oceanic players on Australian servers if a Normal or PvP character is created first.

There's a bug for Oceanic players connecting to Australian servers, and Kaivax says the team is working on a fix urgently.

"Due to a bug, you must create any characters on Roleplay or Roleplay-PvP rulesets before creating characters on Normal or PvP rulesets."

If you make a character on Normal or PvP first, "the Roleplay and Roleplay-PvP rulesets will no longer be available for subsequent characters."

"This issue should only be present for players in the Oceanic region who are connecting to Australian servers."

Until the fix is in, if you're Oceanic on those Australian servers, creating on Normal or PvP first can lock you out of Roleplay and Roleplay-PvP for later characters.
