WoW Forever Beta Gets a New Build
Blizzard’s new WoW Forever Beta build fixes bugs and changes racials, hunters, druids, mages, and paladins.

Blizzard wrote: "Today, we’re updating the WoW Forever Beta with a new build that includes the following."
Fog that was too bright at lower shadow settings is fixed, along with Horde Kirin Tor reputation, creatures not regenerating health out of combat, Horde characters holding the Night Watchman’s Torch, and drink tooltips showing the wrong Mana regeneration.
There’s a new tutorial for new players. Bloom Intensity is a slider under Advanced graphics. There’s an Auto Attack/Auto Shot option that works on a gamepad and swaps Hunters between auto attack and auto shot.
Racials were reworked. Tauren Endurance is 2% crit damage and healing. Plainsrunning adds 3% mounted speed only if you keep moving. Blizzard said: "Stutter-stepping is no longer sufficient to maintain the effect." Cultivation’s cooldown is 15 minutes and War Stomp’s is 90 seconds. Dwarves get Earth Fury instead of Mace Specialization. Skyborne Wind Blessed is 3% haste, and Walk on Air is a 90 second cooldown. Humans get Ruthless, orcs get Savage, Blood Fury is a 3 minute cooldown, and Shatter Curse dispels Curses and Banes instead of granting immunity. Undead procs were made more consistent. Blizzard’s note on a penalty they removed: "This shouldn’t have been in place because it’s a racial, not a Class spell or ability." Gnome Eureka is an 8 second buff with no charges. The Night Elf speed racial stacks with other speed increases. Troll health regeneration bonuses are 20%.
Wands and Auto Shot need 0.5 seconds standing still, "matching early versions of World of Warcraft." Druid Moonkin Aura only raises spell crit and Leader of the Pack only raises melee and ranged crit. Both are raid wide. Shred rank 1 is learned at 20. Hunters can have one Fire Trap and one Ice Trap active, and Trueshot Aura is raid wide. Mages learn Frost Blast at 24. Arcane Blast and Fire Power were redesigned, and Winter’s Chill no longer increases critical strike chance. Salvation and Mass Salvation replace Blessing of Salvation and Greater Blessing of Salvation, and you put them on people the same way the old blessings worked. Seal of Fury is no longer overwritten by Power Word: Shield.
