You get in through the Battle.net desktop app. Update your graphics drivers, and let the app update if it asks. Pick WoW Forever in the game list. Above Play, the Game Version menu has WoW Forever Stress Test under In Development. Install that. Once it's installed and the stress test is up, Play takes you to an available test realm. Make a new test character if that option's there.
When the stress test ends, every stress test character gets deleted, names included, and the beta comes back.
It's not back for long. Blizzard wrote: "We plan to close the WoW Forever Beta … forever at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Friday, October 23."
Blizzard ended on "Thank you very much for joining us. We’ll see you there!"
